We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- To start a return, email us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective — in that case, we've got you covered.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with a photo of the item, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund right away.
