How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 1–3 weeks, depending on the item. We know that's not overnight — we're a small shop working with quality-focused suppliers rather than cutting corners for speed. You'll get tracking info as soon as your order ships.
Will these products damage my walls or require tools?
Nope — that's the whole point. Everything we sell is designed to be tool-free and renter-friendly. If a product ever needs something extra, we'll say so clearly on the product page.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days with a photo and your order number, and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
Do you ship outside the US?
